97% of participants said that our products reflected good value for the price paid and that our workmanship was ‘excellent’ or ‘good’.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our 2023 end-of-year customer survey. Your opinion is of huge importance to us as it helps us to improve our services to you. We have analysed the results carefully and taken into account each and every response.

It was particularly heartening to receive really positive feedback in the key areas of customer service, product quality and pricing. Indeed, an enormous 97% of participants said that our products reflected good value for the price paid and that our workmanship was excellent or good.

In addition, over 90% of respondents:

  • rated the ordering process for products as excellent or good
  • rated the speed of responses to enquiries/requirements as excellent or good
  • thought competitivity was excellent or good
  • said that they were extremely likely or very likely to purchase products again
  • said that overall they were very satisfied or satisfied with the company.
